Application deadline

If you are interested in applying, please complete the application form by 11:59pm on Monday 16th February.

We’re recruiting paid Peer Assessors to help shape Reel Impact, our grants programme supporting Black and Global Majority professionals and organisations working behind the scenes in film, TV, and cinema.

As a Peer Assessor, you’ll review grant applications and help decide where funding goes. You don’t need grants panel experience – we’ll provide training. What matters is your industry insight, care, and commitment to fairness.

Why get involved with Reel Impact?

Peer Assessors play a vital role in keeping Reel Impact open, transparent and truly by and for Black and Global Majority professionals – supporting equity not just through funding, but through decision-making too.

Role requirements and what to expect

Having clear criteria made a real difference and helped me make fair decisions.
