Code of Conduct

Our Code of Conduct defines the principles for a respectful and inclusive community, guiding behaviour, and promotes a positive and collaborative working environment.

The Film and TV Charity advocates for good work, respect, and wellbeing in the industry it serves. We naturally expect our people, and those acting on behalf of or working with the Charity, to promote and maintain high professional and personal standards and behaviours at all times.

The Charity welcomes active engagement with the Code to ensure it provides dynamic and valuable guidance. If you have any questions, comments, or suggestions, please share these with our HR department.

The Film and TV Charity is committed to conducting its business in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and to achieving exceptional corporate and social responsibility standards. Our Code of Conduct provides us with a common framework that enables us to reach our full potential, ensures we are individually and collectively accountable for behaving with integrity, and that we treat those we work with and for with dignity and respect.
