How can I support my mental health?
Bullying can have a long-lasting, damaging effect on your mental health. So it’s important you seek out support as early as possible to prevent problems from escalating. If you’re at all concerned about your physical or mental health, you can make an appointment to speak to your GP.
If you’re struggling to cope or feel you’ve reached crisis point you can call the Samaritans on 116 123, email [email protected] or go to www.samaritans.org.
1-2-1 Support
When asked in our Looking Glass survey ‘what would help you to manage your mental wellbeing at work?’ 51% of respondents cited ‘one-to-one therapy’. It can be an invaluable form of confidential support to help you make sense of how you’re feeling.
Welcome to the Film and Television Charity. Calls are recorded for the purposes of quality and staff training. This is a confidential service, however, there are some exceptions to this and these are where there may be a risk to your own health and safety, that of others or if you have been involved in a crime. An advisor will be with you shortly, Thank You.
All of our advisors are busy at the moment. Would you like to book an appointment?
