Supporting everyone behind the scenes

Working behind the scenes in film, TV, and cinema can be a lot of fun. Contributing to stories that can be enjoyed by millions of people is a truly exciting career, but we know that following your dreams can also come with its challenges – and we can help you to overcome many of them.

Every year, we support thousands of people to address personal and professional obstacles, including ones that impact mental health, financial wellbeing, or that are caused by workplace culture. We are completely independent and our support is always impartial and confidential.
