Bullying Advice Service
Our Bullying Advice Service can support you if you’ve experienced or witnessed bullying, harassment, or discrimination at work. The service offers one-to-one support to anyone working behind the scenes in TV, film, or cinema. It doesn’t matter if you’re staff or freelance, whether the issues you’re dealing with are historical or happening now.
The Bullying Advice Service is not a reporting service. It’s an opportunity to share your experience, the impact it has had on you, and a confidential space to help you consider your options.
If you’re experiencing or have witnessed bullying, harassment, or discrimination, our Bullying Advice Service can help. You may have already tried to address the situation with your employer, or you might want to explore further ways of tackling it. Or you might simply want to talk it through.
