How the Bullying Advice Service can support you
Our Bullying Advice Service offers confidential one-to-one support if you’ve experienced or witnessed bullying, harassment, or discrimination at work.
The support is available to anyone working behind the scenes in film, TV, or cinema – whether you’re staff or freelance, and whether the issues are historical or happening now.
You may have already tried to address the situation with your employer, or you might want to explore your options, think through next steps, or simply talk things through.
Please note: The Bullying Advice Service is not a reporting service. It’s an opportunity to share your experience, the impact it has had on you, and a confidential space to help you consider your options.

What you will need for your application:
- Evidence of industry experience: this will be either via a link to a professional profile (E.g. Talent Manager, Mandy etc.) or you can upload a PDF version of your CV.

Our adviser understands the realities of working in the industry and offers trusted, empathetic support.
You can talk in confidence about what happened, how it affected you, and what support might help – whether that’s practical guidance, legal information, or emotional support.
The service is free, independent, and completely confidential, and there’s no pressure to take any action unless you want to.
