Supporting your team

We know that in film and TV, there is pressure to deliver a lot in tight time frames, under unpredictable circumstances and inflexible budgets. This can mean managers are also incredibly stretched and unsupported. We all have to look out for each other. Teams need to feel connected, supported and free to be themselves in the workplace. That will allow everyone to operate at their best and ultimately produce better work
