Speak out if you witness bullying
Speaking out is hard. You may want to avoid causing conflict within your team but it can actually improve the workplace for everyone. The BFI’s guidance on bullying prevention stresses that ‘doing nothing makes you complicit’ and urges witnesses to report it.
