Available seven days a week, our different spaces are available according to the type of production you are working on. We’re happy to accommodate productions in development, pre-production and during production.

Spaces available for hire
All of our spaces at 22 Golden Square are able to be designed and modified to match whatever purpose you’re looking to use them for. We are very happy to be flexible to make the space work in the best way for you.
The ground floor café-style area, with outdoor access, is ideal forholding, dining, receptions, mixers, and filming. It accommodates up to 60 guests, features a 65" screen TV, and a PA/music system.

The lower ground floor includes a large meeting room, an ante-room, and a kitchen. It seats up to 40 and is adaptable for boardroom, theatre, classroom setups, or as an open space for meetings, script readings, writers’ rooms and presentations.

Our second-floor suite is a boutique 8x5m space ideal for writers’ rooms, workshops, away days, meetings, interviews.
It features a large table for 8-10, a glass-walled breakout room for 6, a kitchen, and a mix of formal and informal seating. The suite is bathed in natural light and includes a 70” TV with MS Teams/Zoom equipment for remote participants.

22 Golden Square is fully wheelchair friendly, with accessible toilets and lift access, and we welcome our visitors to breastfeed and/or bottle-feed their babies in all areas of the building. You will also find baby changing facilities in the accessible toilet in the basement area.
