What is Reel Impact?
Reel Impact is our programme to support mid-to-senior level Black and Global Majority individuals and organisations working behind the scenes in film, TV, and cinema.
The programme’s commitment supports the creation of a more inclusive, equitable and anti-racist industry that properly recognises and values the expertise of its Black and Global Majority members, and the crucial contributions they have made and will continue to make.
It’s essential that people from Black and Global Majority backgrounds can meaningfully contribute to the film and TV industry. This allows us to tell our own narratives and shape our own representation.
