There is much we need to do to improve working practices on set. We are developing a Toolkit for Mentally Healthy Productions to help guide the industry to do this, and are piloting elements of this resource to ensure it’s co-designed with the people on the ground. We’ve learned that ‘setting the tone’ at the start of a production and having senior leadership fully on board with the approach has been key to creating a safe and open culture
