Booking Guidelines

• Book multiple slots for the same day if you need to work longer
• Reserve up to three days within a two-week period
• New slots are released every Friday at 3:00pm
  
  

Creating a film, TV, and cinema community hub

Our ground-floor café is designed to be a hub for the film, TV, and cinema community. Whether you’re working solo or meeting others, this is your space to connect and collaborate.

• Free Wi-Fi available throughout the workspace.
• Spread the word – make 22 Golden Square your creative home base in Soho.

Accessibility Information

We are committed to ensuring that everyone feels welcome at our workspace.

• Wheelchair Accessibility: Full building access, including accessible toilets and lift facilities.
• Baby-Friendly Amenities:
  • Breastfeeding and bottle-feeding are welcome in all areas.
  • Baby-changing facilities are available in the accessible toilet in the basement.

Booking and Etiquette Reminders

To ensure the best experience for all users:

• Each booking is for a 2‑hour slot. You may book consecutive slots if needed
• Limit your bookings to three days within a two-week period
• You will receive a reminder email 48 hours before your booking. If you no longer need your slot, please cancel it
• No-shows are monitored to ensure fair availability for everyone

Meeting Guests?

• Each guest must book a slot as well
• A maximum of two guests is allowed per booking
