Workers across the film, TV, and cinema industry have faced significant challenges in recent years – from instability and unemployment to ongoing financial and mental health pressures.
This free yoga session offers a chance to step back and reconnect, taking a holistic approach to supporting both mind and body in the context of a demanding industry.
Open to all abilities, this session is a welcoming introduction to yoga – a space to slow down, move at your own pace, and begin to feel more grounded, supported and at ease.

About the session
The class will be led by Devyani, an experienced practitioner with over 30 years of practice and teaching since 2014.
This session is generously supported by the Patanjali Yoga Trust, a grant-giving organisation that evolved from the Patanjali Yoga Centre, a charity founded in 1982 by renowned teacher Sri Indar Nath to share the principles of classical hatha yoga.
Hatha Yoga is a traditional practice that encourages mindfulness, balance and self-awareness. Through gentle movement, breathwork and relaxation, it helps create space to pause, reset and reconnect.
