This session is particularly helpful if you’ve ever struggled with unanswered emails, felt unsure who to talk to at industry events, or found networking overwhelming or unclear.

Practical tools to network with confidence

This workshop is packed with practical tips, mindset shifts, and industry‑tested hacks to help you network with confidence, both in person and online.

You’ll explore:

  • Networking in person: how to work a room, start conversations naturally, and get what you actually need from them – including why success can sometimes come down to a single small detail.
  • Networking attitudes and hacks that work: the biggest secret people don’t talk about, how to stand out from the majority, and the one mindset shift that can change everything.
  • Finding the right people: where to start, how to branch out, who you might be overlooking, and which industries may need your skills during tougher times.
  • Getting emails opened and answered: a proven formula for reaching out to people you don’t know — one of the most popular sections of the session.
  • Networking online: how to build relationships, collaborate, and get noticed through social media and online platforms, including tips rarely shared within the industry.
