Reel Impact webinar

Reel Impact is a £1m commitment by the Film and TV Charity to support the creation of a more inclusive, equitable, and anti-racist industry that properly recognises and values the expertise of its Black and Global Majority members and the crucial contributions they make. It’s a constantly evolving, co-designed initiative that centres Black and Global Majority voices in its development and decision-making.

Reel Impact is committed to investing in initiatives that directly address systemic challenges. Our focus is on tackling precarity, increasing accountability within the industry, and supporting Black and Global Majority professionals to progress and thrive.

Grants for personal, business, and race equity development

Awards of up to £10,000 for individuals for personal development and up to £25,000 to organisations for business development or to advance race equity. This round of the programme places greater emphasis on supporting partnerships between organisations working to drive systemic change.

Applying as a partnership

To strengthen this effort collaborative partnerships that address structural barriers and help prepare the sector for a more equitable future can apply for up to £50,000 (this applies to advance race equity theme only).
