Bullying Advice Service Advisor
As the Bullying and Racism Advice Service Advisor you will work as part of the expansion of the anti-bullying service, to incorporate supporting clients who wish to discuss current or past experiences of racism (whether interpersonal or structural), other forms of discrimination and bullying, and help the caller navigate their options for themselves and, where possible, make an informed decision about next steps.
Research and Insight Manager
As Research and Insight Manager you will be responsible for generating and collating research and insight from multiple sources to help the charity develop a rich, sector-specific understanding of issues affecting the UK film, TV, and cinema industry workforce and support the development of evidence-led solutions.
Community Development Regional Lead (Scotland and Northern Ireland)
A brand new role and exciting opportunity to establish and develop the charity’s relationships in Scotland and Northern Ireland, building supportive and reciprocal partnerships with companies, industry bodies, and grassroots community groups.
