Get involved

Supporting the people who create the magic in film, TV, and cinema.

Thanks to the support of people just like you, we’re able to have a positive impact on the lives of people across the film, TV, and cinema community. From partnerships to donations and legacies, there are plenty of ways you can get involved.

Why support us?

Around 200,000 people work behind the scenes in the film, TV, and cinema industry – and too many of them are dealing with challenges to their mental health and financial wellbeing, or facing barriers to their success.

In the 100 years since the Film and TV Charity was set up we have faced constant demand for our support. Currently we are helping record numbers of industry workers, driven by a complex blend of economic, psychological and societal pressures

But with your help, we can reach more people in need. You can help us support the financial and mental health of people in our industry, fund our free, confidential Film and TV Support Line, and provide tools and resources that can help to make work better.

Make a one-off or monthly donation

You’ll be making a real difference to the people behind the scenes in film, TV, and cinema who need it most.

Where times seem a bit rough, the Film and TV Charity is definitely a guide and a helping hand.
